AP-3 SIDE TABLE
IN MAGNETIC MATTE GRAY | SUMMER 2018 | 25 1/2”L X 12”W X 19”H
This is the third design in the series of plywood furniture. The table is characterized by its horizontal fins, which wrap around the entirety of the table. The front of the table opens when a brass latch is unhooked and provides a shelf inside for small bedside items with room for books on the lower shelf.
This is the most sophisticated piece in the series and each table took a week to construct. The logistics of designing the table in order for the fins on the front to sit flush against the side while being operable was the most enticing aspect of this piece.
